A blend combining Indonesian Kerinci Mandheling, Yunnan (SILANJIA) triple-fermentation natural, and a Dominican natural from producer Alfred Diaz. The Chinese lot is processed via triple fermentation natural while the Dominican lot is natural; the Indonesian component is Kerinci Mandheling. The cup shows rich, dark-fruit and chocolate character with bright citrus acidity and refined stone-fruit sweetness—notes include blackberry, grapefruit, pineapple, white peach, dark chocolate and black pepper.
