Italo Disco is a single-origin coffee from Brazil, Carmo de Minas, Fazenda Sertão, grown at 1,100–1,450 m altitude. It comprises Yellow Bourbon and Yellow Catuai varieties, processed naturally. The roast is classic Italian espresso style with a profile featuring chocolate, sweet fruits, cocoa, and dark chocolate notes, delivering a full-bodied, smooth espresso with caramel-like sweetness and mild acidity.
