A mild and balanced organic coffee from the El Gran Mirador cooperative in the Cajamarca region of northern Peru, sourced from the Chirinos, Jaén, and San Ignacio areas. Grown at altitudes between 1,400 and 2,000 meters, the coffee features Bourbon, Caturra, Pache, and Catimor varieties. Processed using classic washed methods — hand-picked ripe cherries are depulped, fermented, washed with fresh water, and sun-dried. Flavor notes include brown sugar and citrus, with a round, soft body and balanced acidity. Roasted for both filter and espresso.
