This espresso blend is inspired by Northern Italian coffee traditions. It features low acid, natural process coffees from Brazil and Ethiopia with some washed coffee to enhance sweetness. The blend is roasted more slowly and kept on the lighter side of full city roast for a full, mellow fruit sparkle and sweet flavor. It is recommended to be served ristretto using a 1:1 or 1:2 ratio of coffee to extraction.
