This coffee is a single origin from Brazil, specifically from the Mantiqueira de Minas region within the state of Minas Gerais. It is produced by Andrea Rangel and Renato Pita on their farm, Fazenda Trapiá, located at 1150-1400 meters altitude. The beans are the Acaia variety and processed using the natural (bærtørket) method. This sweet, juicy, and balanced coffee features prominent notes of caramel, rose hip, and stone fruit.
