About This Coffee

This coffee is a Pink Bourbon variety from the Las Palmas farm in the Huila region of Colombia, grown at 1650 meters altitude. Produced by Brayan Alvear, this coffee undergoes an experimental coconut co-fermentation process combined with natural processing. The cherries are fermented with coconut water and dried coconut for 144 hours in an anaerobic environment, then sun-dried with lemon peel for 30 days. The resulting cup is vibrant and tropical, featuring flavor notes of tropical fruit, coconut, lemonade, melon, and citrus.
