A pineapple-fermented Arabica single origin from Baarbara Estate, located in the Bababudangiri Range, India, at elevations of 3,850 to 5,350 feet (approximately 1,173–1,630 meters). The estate is shade-grown with rich biodiversity, Rainforest Alliance and UTZ certified, and operated by fourth-generation producer Sreeraksha Pournesh. Coffee is hand-picked, hand-sorted, and processed using fresh stream water. The pineapple co-fermentation adds vivid sweetness, with flavor notes of pineapple, blood orange, dried mango, and mosambi. Crafted for espresso and cold brew.
