Tumbaga Decaf

About This Coffee

This is a Colombian decaf coffee featuring tasting notes of chocolate, caramel, and sweet citrus. It is processed using the Sugarcane EA decaffeination method, a natural process that enhances sweetness while preserving the coffee's full flavour. The coffee is sourced through Sucafina Colombia, with seasonal sourcing from Tolima and Cauca in summer, and Antioquia and Eje Cafetero in winter. The coffee is described as having high body, rich sweetness, and low acidity.

Attendant Coffee Roasters

Bosh McKeown and Ryan De Oliveira opened Attendant in London in 2013, building on an Australian influenced vision of quality brunch cafes brought to UK coffee culture. The Fitzrovia flagship occupies a former Victorian public toilet built around 1890, dormant for over 50 years, where the original Doulton porcelain urinals have been repurposed as a seating counter alongside the original tiled floors. All coffee is hand roasted in London, ethically sourced, and offered as seasonal espresso blends and single origin filters, brewed on La Marzocco Linea machines and through V60 and AeroPress methods. The company has expanded to multiple central London locations including Shoreditch, Clerkenwell, and Mayfair, each designed with a considered aesthetic that blends industrial materials with living greenery.
