The blend is certified Kosher and is commonly used as a house espresso by many coffeehouses. Ground cardamom pods can be added for additional freshness and effervescence.
Café Moto was founded in 2012 by Jason Weis in San Diego, California. The roastery operates a Diedrich IR 12 from its location, producing bright, clean profiles that highlight origin characteristics. Weis sources through direct trade relationships with farmers and importers, focusing on single origin coffees and seasonal offerings.
