This blend combines Brazilian and Colombian beans. The Brazil component is naturally processed from 900-1100m altitude with a harvest from May to August and an SCA score of 80. The Colombia component is produced by Racafe & CIA. S.C.A., washed processed from 1100+m altitude with harvests from March to July and September to December, scoring 83 SCA. The roast is full-bodied, strong, and well-balanced with cherry opening notes followed by deep dark chocolate that mellows with milk.
