About This Coffee

This coffee is a single origin Typica from Los Nogales farm in Pitalito, Huila, Colombia at 1870-2000 meters altitude. It is a washed coffee with a controlled lactic fermentation process lasting approximately 190 hours, using a unique RN21 lactobacillus strain, and eco-friendly washing and drying. The flavor profile includes tropical fruits, vanilla, and a sweet, smooth milkshake experience. The roast is a filter roast optimized for clarity and expression, but suitable for espresso as well.
