This single-origin coffee is from Uganda, specifically from the Mount Elgon region in Eastern Uganda, grown by smallholder farmers at altitudes between 1950-2100 meters above sea level. The coffee features SL-28 and SL-34 varieties and is processed using the washed method, where cherries are hand-harvested, floated, pulped, and dried on shaded raised beds for approximately 21 days. The flavor profile includes orange blossom, cooking apple, caramel, toffee apple, lime, and raspberry, delivering a bright and velvety cup that is clean, elegant, and beautifully balanced. The green coffee is imported by Covoya.
