This blend combines 70% washed processed Colombian coffee from Huila with 30% naturally processed Ethiopian coffee from Mensur Ahabika. The Colombian component provides dark chocolate and nutty sweetness, while the Ethiopian coffee contributes rich fruity notes of raspberry jam. The blend is designed to perform well both as espresso and paired with milk, and is served in Night Swim Coffee cafes.
Night Swim Coffee was established in Charlotte, North Carolina in 2021 through the merger of two pioneering operations: Not Just Coffee, founded in 2011 by James and Miracle Yoder, and Undercurrent Coffee, founded in 2018 by Todd and Erin Huber.
