USUZAKURA is a seasonal blend combining Ethiopian natural (Tirtira Goyo), Ethiopian washed (Yirgacheffe Haru) and Guatemalan coffee (Francisco Quezada, Yellow Pacamara). It is roasted light to highlight tea-like clarity and gentle sweetness. Tasting notes include cherry blossom (sakura), white peach, pink grapefruit and a Darjeeling-like, soothing character with thick, syrupy sweetness and a lingering finish. Recommended for espresso and various filter methods.
LiLo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café founded in Osaka’s Amerikamura district in 2014, and is regarded as one of the city’s early specialty coffee pioneers.
