Vara Blanca is a family-owned farm beautifully nestled among green hills in Tarrazu, Costa Rica. The farm is over 50 years old and currently run by Mario Marin, who inherited it from his father. Located in Santa Maria de Dota, Tarrazu at altitudes between 1850-2050 meters above sea level. The coffee is Yellow Catuai variety processed using honey method. Features flavor notes of creamy, green apple, and cocoa.
