Produced by Alexia Zavaleta Guraieb, who leads the specialty coffee project at the historic Hacienda Coyametla — an estate with over six generations of agricultural history dating back to 1830. The coffee features a blend of Caturra and Typica varieties, processed naturally and roasted by Tostadora de Cafés Extraordinarios exclusively for Almanegra Café.
