The Brazilian component is naturally processed Catuai, the Ethiopian is washed heirloom variety, and the Guatemalan is washed Bourbon, Catuai, and Caturra. Grown at elevations ranging from 1,200 to 2,040 meters above sea level. The blend features blueberry, honey, and dark chocolate notes with a sweet and juicy profile. Roasted to an Agtron #88 with 13.5% water loss and 2:05 development time.
