Viani is a Colombian coffee from the Cundinamarca region composed of lots from various smallholders and a producer cooperative. Grown at 1300–1800 masl, the lot includes Colombia, Castillo and Typica varieties and is washed-processed. The cup is described as big and rich with balanced acidity and tasting notes of stone fruit, cocoa and grape. Roasts are prepared for both espresso and filter brewing.
