A Robusta Black Honey from Vietnam grown by various smallholders in Dak Doa District, Lam Đồng Province at 800–850 masl. Varieties TR4 and TR9 were processed as Black Honey (9 days in‑cherry fermentation, dried on raised beds). Roast profile listed as Dark with tasting notes of white grape, baker’s chocolate, and vanilla ice cream.
