Vietnam Lotus is a 100% Arabica regional blend from approximately 100 farmers in Da Lat, part of the LIFT sustainability program. Grown at 1,400-1,600 meters altitude in volcanic soil, this washed/wet processed coffee features a clean, clear cup with subtle acidity and rich notes. The coffee is produced by smallholder farms averaging 1-3 hectares who sell ripe cherry to wet mills for processing, fermentation, and careful washing. Suitable for pour-over, batch brew, or cold brew preparation.
