Vintërfika is a blend of coffees from Ethiopia and Honduras. The Ethiopian component features ancestral varieties, while the Honduran component includes red and yellow Catuai varieties. Both are washed processed and grown at altitudes between 1525 and 2000 meters. Roasted to a medium level, this blend offers flavor notes of cacao, melon, and yuzu. Designed as a harmonious blend combining contrasting coffees.
