A decaffeinated single-origin coffee from Finca Quequezques, a family-run farm in the highlands of San Juan Sacatepéquez, Guatemala, at 1550–1750 masl. Grown in volcanic soil under native shade trees using agroforestry methods, featuring heirloom varieties Bourbon, Catuai, and Caturra. Processed using the Swiss Water Process (SWP) washed method. Light/Medium roast with tasting notes of cacao, pomegranate, grape, mandarin, and brown sugar. Cup score: 87.75.
