Grown in volcanic soil under native shade trees using agroforestry methods, featuring heirloom varieties Bourbon, Catuai, and Caturra. Processed using the Swiss Water Process (SWP) washed method. Light/Medium roast with tasting notes of cacao, pomegranate, grape, mandarin, and brown sugar. Cup score: 87.75.
