The bean variety is Colombia, a catimor-like hybrid known for its balanced, sweet flavors. Processed using the washed method on clayey silt soil, harvested in June in a lot of 5 bags of 70 kilos. Features tasting notes of dark chocolate and dark, ripe berries. Certified organic.
