A single-origin coffee from producer Virgelina Suarez at farm El Triunfo in Gaitania, Tolima, Colombia, grown at 1630 meters above sea level on clayey silt soil. The Maracaturra variety — a well-known hybrid of Maragogype and Caturra — features large beans and is washed processed. This certified organic coffee offers a juicy flavor profile with notes of melon and plum, and a light, fruity character. Harvested in June in a lot of 4 bags of 70 kilos.
