Voyager is a medium roast blend featuring coffees from Papua New Guinea and Colombia. The PNG component comes from the Obura-Wonenara District in Eastern Highlands at 1,350 meters elevation, featuring Arusha, Blue Mountain, Bourbon, and Typica varieties, grown by smallholders in the Lamari River Valley. The Colombian component is from Toribio municipality in Cauca department, grown at 1,700-2,100 meters elevation with Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varieties. Both components are washed and sun dried. The blend is perfectly balanced with sweetness, a subtle earthy aftertaste, and a creamy body.
