Waialua Twilight is a dark roast coffee from Waialua region on Oahu. It is processed using a honey method enhanced with white wine yeast fermentation. The coffee features a full body with flavor notes of black forest cake, sweet pipe tobacco, toasted marshmallow, woodsy spice, and walnut. It is suitable for espresso and press pot brewing.
