This coffee is a single-origin Catuai from the Montezumba farm in the Mozonte region of Nicaragua, grown at an altitude of 1400-1700 meters. Produced by Gloria Rivas, this coffee is washed-processed. It offers a smooth and pleasant flavor profile characterized by notes of dark chocolate, almond, and dried fruit, typical of high-quality coffee from this region.
