This coffee is an SL-28 variety grown at La Terraza Estate in the Huila region of Colombia at an altitude of 1200-1600 meters. It is processed using a low intervention washed method. The flavor profile features notes of apricot, lemon candy, lime zest, salted caramel, and delicate floral aromatics. This coffee is characterized by bright citrusy acids and a balanced sweetness, making it well-suited for various brewing methods.
