This washed coffee is grown and processed in Limu Seka, Ethiopia by the Feyisa Abamecha Washing Station. The coffee originates from the Oromia Zone at altitudes ranging from 1800 to 1960 meters. It is made from Heirloom Varieties and harvested from November to January. This G2 washed lot offers refreshing flavors of peach, honey, florals, green tea, lemon, and lime, complemented by a light body and bright acidity.

Pair Cupworks is a specialty micro roastery in Mesa, Arizona, founded by Kimhak Em and Eugenia Tai. Kimhak brings over 30 years of food service experience and a culinary background; Eugenia combines structural engineering with commercial illustration and handles the brand's visual identity.
