This coffee is a natural processed heirloom variety from the Gedeb and Worka regions of Ethiopia, grown at an altitude of 1950 to 2150 meters. The beans undergo a unique 'flavor modulation' process, where they are aged in bourbon whiskey barrels to impart distinct characteristics. The flavor profile features notes of eggnog, chocolate, and red apple. This coffee is roasted as an omni roast, making it suitable for both espresso and filter brewing methods.
