A limited release Geisha variety coffee from Wilder Lazo featuring an innovative cold fermentation processing method. Fermentation tanks were chilled using natural spring water at approximately 60°F and lasted 60 hours with two whole lemongrass plants added to each tank. The coffee was then dried over 18 days in a marquesina, developing a big, syrupy body with distinct lemongrass character.
