This blend combines beans from Brazil and Ethiopia. It includes coffee from three producers: Fazenda Giori from Espírito Santo, Brazil; Fazenda Dutra from Minas Gerais, Brazil; and Shonora Coffee from Suke Kuto, Gerba Dogo, Guji, Ethiopia. The blend features Natural processing and includes both Arabica and Canephora varieties, specifically the Conilon variety of Robusta. It is cultivated using sustainable agroforestry methods with shade-grown practices in forest gardens. The coffee has low acidity with caramel flavor notes.
