This coffee is sourced from Marimar Sanchez's farm El Pino in Moyabamba, San Martin, Peru, at 1300 meters altitude. Marimar is a young female farmer and member of the Cerro Blanco farming group. The coffee is washed processed, with varieties including Bourbon, Pache, Typica, and mixed varieties. It offers sweet and delicate flavor notes of chocolate and garden berries. Best suited for pour over, French press, or drip coffee maker.
