A naturally processed Yellow Bourbon from the Barreiro farm in Poços de Caldas, Sul de Minas, Brazil, grown at 1200 masl by producer Manuel Otávio Lotufo. Yellow Bourbon is known for its distinctive yellow berries and high pulp content, contributing extra sweetness. The cup is round and sweet with notes of dark chocolate, caramel, and plum. Best suited for espresso machine, moka pot, or French press.
