Wubita Queen is an Ethiopian coffee from Gedeb, produced by Ephtah Specialty Coffee under the leadership of Wubit Bekele. The lot is processed using an anaerobic natural method, fermented for nine days and dried slowly on raised beds. The varieties are 74110 and 74112. It offers a bright, fruit-forward cup with tasting notes of blueberry, raspberry, and bergamot, with red fruits, florals, and creamy textures. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
