This coffee is grown in Colombia's Cauca region, specifically from smallholder growers in the high plateau area known as the "Tabletop of Cauca." Produced by members of the Caficauca cooperative, this washed lot blends coffees from approximately 85 farms across Piendamó, Cajibío and Morales. The cherries are fully washed, fermented for 16–19 hours, and slowly dried in parabolic solar dryers for around 10 days. The cup showcases juicy tangerine brightness followed by rounded honey sweetness and soft cocoa, with a clean, composed finish.
