This coffee is produced by Habil Olakes in the West Rift Valley region of Kenya. It is an anaerobic natural processed coffee featuring the Batian and Ruiru 11 varieties. The roast level is light, offering a flavor profile characterized by notes of plums, apple cider, and honey cake. It provides a deep fruit quality, warm spice, and a syrupy finish.
Founded by Greg Lanctot and Jessie Lewin, rising stars in Montreal's coffee scene who roast micro and nano lots.
