A medium roast blend created by Aero Coffee Roasters. The coffee offers a complex yet balanced cup with notes of chocolate, brown sugar, and a hint of fruit. The blend combines individual coffees that work together to create a more cohesive experience than single components alone.
Aero Coffee Roasters was opened in June 2020 by Peter Femino in Northborough, Massachusetts, building on over 20 years of coffee industry experience that included founding Boston Common Coffee Co. in 2004. The 3,400 square foot space combines a production roastery, retail café, and bakery, with all coffee roasted on a Loring S70 that delivers up to 80 percent fuel savings compared to conventional machines. Head Roaster Michel Brode, a silver medallist at the 2016 Swedish National Coffee Roasting Championship, develops personalised profiles for wholesale clients. The roastery works directly with producers worldwide, prioritising transparency and fair pricing, and serves house baked pastries alongside its coffee programme.
