A washed coffee from the Antigua region of Guatemala, grown at 1,500 to 2,000 meters altitude in a valley encircled by three volcanoes: Agua, Fuego, and Acatenango. The coffee features varieties Caturra, Catuai, and Bourbon, and is produced by young entrepreneurs of San Miguel Escobar. It offers a complex flavor profile with notes of peach, honey, blackberry, red apple, vanilla, tangerine, and chocolate, with a silky body. Available in a Full City roast.
