This is a festive blend composed of three Ethiopian coffees: 40% Ethiopia Guji Washed, 40% Ethiopia Guji Natural, and 20% Ethiopia Chelchele Winey. The blend features Heirloom varieties grown at altitudes ranging from 1,900 to 2,200 meters. The washed Guji component provides bright bergamot and grapefruit peel aromatics with clean citrus acidity. The natural Guji contributes intense sweetness and a velvety body with chocolate log cake flavors. The Chelchele Winey, processed using controlled anaerobic fermentation, adds warm cinnamon and festive spice notes with malic and tartaric complexity. The blend offers flavors of cinnamon, chocolate log cake, bergamot, grapefruit peel, and festive spices. This is an omni roast suitable for both filter and espresso brewing methods.
