This coffee is from Colombia, grown by third-generation farmer Yulieth Mora at Villa Pastora farm, which was started by her grandmother. The lot is 100% Ombligon variety, which may be a natural mutation of an Ethiopian heirloom variety found only in Colombia. The coffee was washed processed with brewer's yeast inoculation - after sorting and depulping, fermentation was completed before drying for 15 days. The result is a complex, fragrant, sweet, floral, and juicy coffee with distinct notes of passion fruit cream, guava, and IPA.
Blind Tiger Coffee was founded in 2013 by Charles Biando and is now based in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania after relocating in 2025.
