This coffee is a Pink Bourbon variety produced by 3rd generation farmer Yulieth Mora in Colombia. The coffee cherries were oxidized for 48 hours, fermented in sealed containers for 48 hours, mechanically dried for 8 hours, and finished in a covered space for 14 days. This process imparts a distinct fruitiness to the cup. The flavor profile features notes of Jolly Rancher, natural Merlot, and cherry, with a floral and perfumy character typical of the Pink Bourbon variety.
