About This Coffee

This coffee originates from Aricha, Yirgacheffe region in Ethiopia, grown by small producers at an altitude of 2200 meters. The variety is Heirloom and it is processed using the natural method. The coffee is produced at the Muje Mesina washing station located in East Guji, 17 km from the city of Adola. The washing station works with hundreds of small farmers who cultivate small plots around their homes at altitudes above 1980 meters. The facility is equipped with 200 shade-drying beds and several shade fermentation tanks. Flavor notes include orange, pineapple, grape, and caramel.
