This coffee is a Gesha variety from the Zarza farm, located in the Bruselas mountains of the Huila region in Colombia, managed by the third generation of the Gasca family. It is naturally processed with controlled fermentation and slow, controlled drying to intensify aromas while preserving aromatic clarity. The cup is intensely expressive with floral and fruity characteristics, featuring notes of mango, apricot, and strawberry. Scored 90/100. Available in filter and espresso roast (medium).
