This coffee is from the Songfeng Estate in Yunnan, China, located at 1300-1600 meters elevation between Bangdong Snow Mountain and Lancang River. It is a Catimor variety processed as anaerobic natural, which emphasizes bright fruit acidity and layered floral sweetness. The coffee features prominent tasting notes of red grape, blueberry ice cream, and lemongrass, with a rich, creamy body. Light roast level.
Founded in 2020 at the onset of the COVID 19 pandemic, Moonwake Coffee Roasters emerged from the passion of two former tech engineers, Ming Wood from Tesla and Mabel Yeung from Meta.
