This single origin coffee is from the Sierra de Zongolica mountain range in Veracruz, Mexico, grown at altitudes between 1100-1300 meters. It is produced by 11 Nahua producers who collectively operate a processing station using ecologically sustainable agricultural methods. The coffee features Bourbon and Typica varieties and is wet processed. The flavor profile is full-bodied with notes of cocoa and nougat.
