Giorla's was founded by Richard Giorla, who first opened a coffee house in the early 1990s before spending two decades building a fitness studio franchise. He returned to his original passion in February 2023, opening a Euro style café in Studio City, California. The roastery uses a Bellwether Series 2, a fully electric, ventless, zero emissions roaster that aligns with Giorla's emphasis on sustainability and precision. Rooted in Italian coffee culture, the focus is on carefully selected beans roasted in small individual batches, letting the quality of each origin speak for itself. Giorla's doubles as a wine bar, creating a neighborhood space where coffee and wine share the same attention to craft.
