Kolna Roastery is a family run operation set in a converted agricultural barn in Lhota, near Benešov, in the Czech countryside. The founders chose to preserve the character of the historic structure while building a modern roasting facility inside it. They offer a broad selection of specialty coffees, from espresso blends with rich chocolate tones to single origins with bright, fruity profiles. The roastery reflects a philosophy rooted in deep coffee knowledge and a connection to the rural landscape that surrounds it.
