Lacàph is a Ho Chi Minh City roastery founded in early 2020 by Timen Swijtink and Scott Sehoon Bahng. After more than a decade in Vietnam, Timen saw an opening to approach Vietnamese coffee differently. The roasting operation sources beans from growing regions across Vietnam.
