Overwinter Coffee was founded in 2017 by Ben Trojan and Joshua Halliman in Buffalo, New York, with Trojan bringing experience from his time at Peregrine Espresso in Washington, DC. The roastery began as an online retailer and wholesale supplier before establishing itself as a leading coffee provider throughout Buffalo and Western New York. Every coffee is roasted exclusively on a Diedrich IR 12, a choice that supports the roastery's philosophy of light roasted, long developed single origin beans that honor origin character. Organic and decaf options round out a carefully curated portfolio designed for discerning coffee enthusiasts.
